新虹桥大厦由上海虹桥联合发展有限公司投资兴建,是一座为外国驻沪领事馆和商界提供办公居住的具有现代化设施的综合大楼,座落于延安西路、娄山关路口,虹桥新区的中央位置。西距虹桥机场5.5公里,东距市中心6.5公里。大楼面积27130平方米,建筑层数26层,其中地下1层、地上23层,塔楼2层(不含技术夹层2层),建筑高度102米,框架剪力墙,现浇钢筋混凝土结构。
