医院门诊挂号收费处是医院形象的第一窗口,挂号收费工作人员服务质量的好坏直接关系到患者及其亲属对医院的满意程度。加强医院门诊挂号收费人员职业道德建设,提高挂号收费人员的整体素质,是医院整体管理工作的一项重要内容。
The hospital outpatient registration fee is the first window of the hospital image, the quality of service of registered staff charged directly related to the patient and his relatives to the hospital’s satisfaction.
