我国城市绿化的现状与城市绿地系统的目标存在明显的差距。要解决城市绿地系统需求与供给的矛盾 ,标本兼治 ,就必须使我国的城市绿化工作走上法治之路。
The current situation of urban greening in our country is obviously different from the goal of urban greenland system. In order to solve the contradiction between demand and supply of urban green space system and tackling both the symptoms and root causes, we must make our urban afforestation work on the road to rule of law.
