本文以安溪华侨职业中专学校服装设计与工艺专业为例,开展CDIO教学模式的应用研究,以企业研发任务为项目、以培养学生能力为核心、以订货会为目标,借助现代学徒制合作平台,引进企业的新品研发任务,施行以项目任务为导向的教学法,将学生在校的理论学习和实操训练与企业的实际工作有机结合,将学生岗位实践的成果交付市场评价,以实现技能训练与工作岗位无缝对接的效果,充分调动了学生的专业学习兴趣。
