目的为探讨低功率毫米波对HL60细胞活力影响的机制。方法应用细胞培养、活细胞计数、光镜、电镜及增殖细胞核抗原(Proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)免疫组化染色及图像分析等方法,检测低功率(功率密度约2mW/cm2)及频率41.32GHz的毫米波辐照HL60白血病细胞增殖的影响;分为辐照时间15、30、45、60min组和对照组(0min组)共5组。结果与对照组比较,毫米波辐照45min和60min组,HL60细胞活性增加和PCNA阳性细胞增多,光镜观察各组未见明显差别,超微结构显示HL60细胞形态呈增殖改变。结论低功率毫米波辐照对HL60细胞有促进增殖的作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of low power millimeter wave effect on the viability of HL60 cells. Methods Low-power (power density of 2 mW / cm2) and frequency of 41.32 GHz were detected by cell culture, viable cell count, light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemical staining of PCNA and image analysis. Of millimeter wave HL60 leukemia cells proliferation; divided into irradiation time 15,30,45,60 min group and the control group (0min group) a total of 5 groups. Results Compared with the control group, the activity of HL60 cells and the number of PCNA positive cells were increased in 45 min and 60 min irradiation groups. No significant difference was observed by light microscopy. The ultrastructural changes of HL60 cells were observed. Conclusion Low-power millimeter wave irradiation can promote the proliferation of HL60 cells.
