从一般领导力的形成因素来考察,军队政治工作领导干部领导力是由“三观两感”“六种素质”和“八种能力”等因素组成。提升军队政治工作领导干部的领导力需正确认识和解决各种制约领导力的因素,以不断提升军队战斗力,完成部队建设的既定目标。
Based on the formation of general leadership, the leadership of the leading cadres in the political work of the armed forces is composed of such factors as the “three senses and two senses”, “six qualities” and “eight abilities”. To enhance the leadership of leading cadres in military political work, it is necessary to correctly understand and solve various factors that restrict the leadership and constantly improve the combat effectiveness of the armed forces and accomplish the stated goal of building the armed forces.
