目的建立枣仁安神颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,研究酸枣仁、丹参、五味子药材与复方指纹图谱的相关性。方法应用HPLC-DAD检测方法 ,建立枣仁安神颗粒的指纹图谱,以色谱峰保留时间相对偏差Δt和紫外光谱相似性为考察指标,对复方指纹图谱色谱峰归属进行分析。结果共得到23个色谱峰,确定了特征峰的药材归属,指认了其中9个化学成分。结论所建立的指纹图谱特征性强,明确了复方色谱指纹图谱的峰位归属,为进一步的谱效研究奠定基础。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Zaoren Anshen granule, and to study the correlation between Radix Scutellariae Radix, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis herb and compound fingerprints. Methods The HPLC-DAD method was used to establish the fingerprint of Zaoren Anshen granules. The relative deviation Δt of chromatographic peak retention time and the similarity of UV spectra were used as indexes to analyze the fingerprint assignment of compound fingerprints. Results A total of 23 chromatographic peaks were obtained. The identification of nine chemical constituents was confirmed. Conclusion The fingerprint of the fingerprinting is characterized by its strong characteristic, which clearly defines the peak position of the compound fingerprinting fingerprinting, which lays a good foundation for further spectroscopic studies.
