研究了热处理工艺对GH4720Li合金微观组织演化的影响。结果表明:GH4720Li合金在1160℃以下固溶处理时,晶粒缓慢长大,硬度先升高再下降;合金在1160℃及以上温度固溶处理时,晶粒快速长大,硬度单调下降。合金在650~760℃时效处理时,硬度持续升高;合金在850~1050℃时效处理时,硬度先升高再下降;随着时效处理时间的增加,γ’相的尺寸增大,并出现“方形化”的趋势。
The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure evolution of GH4720Li alloy was studied. The results show that when the alloy is treated at 1160 ℃, the grains grow slowly and the hardness first increases and then decreases. When the alloy is treated at 1160 ℃ and above, the grains grow rapidly and the hardness decreases monotonously. The hardness of the alloy increases continuously at 650-760 ℃. When the alloy is aged at 850-1050 ℃, the hardness first increases and then decreases. With the aging treatment time, the size of γ ’phase increases and appears “Square ” trend.
