目的调查缅甸重楼的资源分布及其化学成分。方法野外调查缅甸重楼的植物资源,采集样品并采用HPLC法分析其化学特征。结果在云南省高黎贡山发现了缅甸重楼Paris birmanica(Takht.)H.Li&Noltie的新分布,对其形态特征进行了详细记录;HPLC法检测表明其化学成分主要为薯蓣皂苷和偏诺皂苷。结论本次调查发现了缅甸重楼的新分布记录,首次分析了其化学成分,丰富了缅甸重楼的研究资料。
Objective To investigate the resource distribution and chemical composition of Myanmar rebuilding. Methods Plant resources in Burma were surveyed in the field. Samples were collected and their chemical characteristics were analyzed by HPLC. Results A new distribution of H.Li & Noltie from Paris birmanica (Takht.) Was found in Mt. Gaoligong in Yunnan Province. Morphological characteristics were recorded in detail. HPLC analysis showed that the main constituents were diosgenin and sapogenin. Conclusions This survey found a new distribution record of Burma’s rebuilding building, first analyzed its chemical composition, and enriched the research materials of Myanmar rebuilding.
