Zhang Wuchang file: one of the founders of internationally renowned economists, new institutional economics and modern property economics, is currently Professor of Hong Kong University, Dean of the School of Economics and Finance. Graduated from University of California, Department of Economics, Ph.D. In 1997 he was elected president of the Western Economic Association, which is the first outside the United States to receive this position scholars. In 1969, a doctoral dissertation entitled “The Theory of Tenant Peasants - Citing Agriculture in China and Agrarian Reform in Taiwan” hit the western economics community. His “theory of contractual institutions and non-private property,” “the contractual nature of enterprises.”
