随着现代军事航空新技术的快速发展和高性能战斗机大量列装,飞行人员年度大体检和健康鉴定作用地位日益突出,其质量高低直接影响飞行安全和部队战斗力生成。本文结合当前我军飞行人员健康鉴定工作存在的一些问题,从建立健康鉴定资格管理制度的必要性和制度内容及相关措施等方面进行了探讨与思考。 With the rapid development of new military aviation technology and the large number of high-performance fighter aircraft, the status of major physical examinations and health appraisals of pilots has become increasingly prominent. The quality of pilots directly affects the flight safety and the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. In this paper, some problems existing in the health appraisal work of our country’s pilots are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of the necessity of establishment of health appraisal qualification management system, the contents of the system and the related measures.
