随着医学科学的发展及现代医学模式的转变,知识更新周期的不断缩短,各种新理论、新技术、新业务不断涌现,护理专业的一次性的学校教育及临床实践的经验式传教已不能适应学科发展的需要。在此情况下,在职护士继续教育的重要性逐步被护理界所重视。护理人员的继续教育是对在职护理人员进行知识技能补充、更新、拓宽和提高的一种追加教育。要提高护理队伍的素质和业务水平,就必须加强护士的在职教育。我们要对在职护士进行有目的、有计划、多渠道、多内容、多层次的继续教育,来提高护理人员的专业技能和知识水平。
With the development of medical science and the change of modern medical model, the period of knowledge renewal is constantly shortened, various new theories, new technologies and new businesses are emerging constantly. One-time nursing education in schools and experiential teaching in clinical practice have failed Adapt to the needs of discipline development. Under such circumstances, the importance of continuing education for working nurses is gradually being emphasized by the nursing community. Continuing education for nursing staff is an additional education that supplements, renews, broadens and enhances the knowledge and skills of on-the-job nursing staff. To improve the quality of nursing team and professional level, we must strengthen the nurse’s on-the-job education. We need to carry out purposeful, planned, multi-channel, multi-content and multi-level continuing education for on-the-job nurses to enhance the professional skills and knowledge of nurses.
