分级破碎机整体破碎齿的组合铸造新工艺

当前,分级破碎机破碎齿大多采用传统的砂型整体铸造,由于材料单一,铸造工艺复杂,很难达到理想的使用效果。为了增加整体破碎齿的耐磨性,新工艺以高锰钢合金为主要材料,在各个破碎齿上镶铸硬质合金棒,并采用消失模整体铸造方法和铸造余热热处理等工艺。生产实践证明,整体破碎齿通过采用组合铸造新工艺后,使用寿命大幅度提高。 At present, most of the crushing teeth of the classification crusher adopt the traditional casting of the sand as a whole. Due to the single material and the complicated casting process, it is difficult to achieve the ideal use effect. In order to increase the wear resistance of the whole crushing tooth, the new process takes the high manganese steel alloy as the main material, inserts the cemented carbide rod on each crushing tooth, adopts the integral casting method of the lost foam mold and the heat treatment of the casting waste heat. Production practice has proved that the overall broken tooth through the use of a combination of casting new technology, a substantial increase in service life.
