本文分析了目前许多艺术体操教练员、运动员在减体重方法及手段的选择上存在的误区以及危害。从人体生理、膳食营养合理结构角度出发,提出科学化的建议:减体重应遵循适度、循序渐进的原则;采用合理限制饮食结合增加运动慢速减体重,尽量多减体脂成分;坚持减体重与正常的训练计划相结合的原则;运动员减体重应坚持个体化原则;对减体重过程实施有效监控的原则。
This article analyzes the current mistakes and harms of many gymnastics coaches and athletes on the choice of weight reduction methods and means. From the perspective of human physiology and reasonable structure of dietary nutrition, we put forward scientific suggestions: reducing body weight should follow the principle of moderation and gradual progress; using reasonable combination of diet and diet to reduce body weight slowly, reducing body fat as much as possible; Normal training programs combined principles; athletes should adhere to the principle of individual weight reduction; the principle of effective monitoring of weight reduction process.
