公路施工企业要在竞争中立于不败之地的基础是工程质量管理。论文分析了影响高速公路路面工程质量的因素,认为工程质量的动态控制应以事前控制为前提,过程控制为主体,事后控制为保证,并强调主动控制与被动控制相结合。在此基础上,本文所提出的动态控制模型以事前控制为前提,过程控制为主体,事后控制为保证,强调主动控制与被动控制相结合。
The basis of highway construction enterprises to remain invincible in the competition is project quality management. Papers analyzed the factors that affect the quality of expressway pavement engineering, that the dynamic control of the project quality should be based on the premise of prior control, process control as the mainstay, after-the-fact control as a guarantee, and emphasizes the combination of active control and passive control.
