用激光全息术对闪急沸腾喷雾场的粒度分布进行了测量研究。结果表明,与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾具有粒子平均直径小,轴向、径向分布均匀等特点。在一台单缸机上,采用闪急沸腾喷雾方式进行了燃用柴油和煤化油的试验研究。与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式可大大降低柴油机的碳烟和油耗率。用这种燃烧方式燃用煤化油的结果表明,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式在柴油机燃用低十六烷值燃油方面具有巨大的潜力。
The laser holography was used to measure the particle size distribution of the flash boiling spray field. The results show that, compared with the normal temperature spray, the flash boiling spray has the characteristics of small average diameter, uniform axial and radial distribution. In a single-cylinder machine, the use of flash-boiling spray method of diesel fuel and coal-based experimental study. Compared with the spray at room temperature, flash boiling spray combustion can greatly reduce the diesel soot and fuel consumption. The results of burning coal with this type of combustion show that the flash boiling spray combustion has great potential for diesel engines burning low cetane fuel.
