笔者采用中西医结合方法治疗颜面粟粒性狼疮17例,男14例,女3例,年龄20～42岁,病期1～14个月。其中累及额部发际者2例,累及颈、肩部者3例,累及上肢者1例。皮损为粟粒样或高粱米大红色丘疹,质软、对称。合并囊性损害4例。化验检查:血沉均正常,7例“OT”试验(一),淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT)11例<0.60,玫瑰花形
I used the method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of facial miliary lupus in 17 cases, 14 males and 3 females, aged 20 to 42 years old, the disease period of 1 to 14 months.
