笔者在多年的高中班主任的工作中,对班级的最后高考成绩分析做了多年的分析研究,结果表明:一个班级最终高考成绩的好坏与班级大环境有关,同时不同的小群体最终成绩有很大不同。班级靠近坐在一起的几位同学往往要么同时考得很好,要么同时考得很差。那么其中原因是什么呢?对于一个宿舍群体、坐在一起的几个同学群体,几个相处很好的同学群体组成了班级的微环境,如何促进微环境的良性发展,应该采取怎样的措施,如何在班级大环境的建设背景下优化小环境,使班级的微环境达到更加良性发展的目的。我把对这个问题的
