编辑同志:随着市场经济的发展、企业改革的深化、技术进步和经济结构的调整,导致企业职工下岗、待岗、转岗情况日益突出,就在这些下岗职工中,有不少是党员同志。据笔者初步对一些企业的调查了解,下岗党员管理中的问题目趋突出,不能不引起各级党组织及有关部门的重视。 Editorial Comrade: With the development of market economy, deepening of enterprise reform, technological progress and adjustment of economic structure have led to the increasingly prominent situation of employees being laid off, waiting for posts and transferring posts. Many of these laid-off workers are party members and comrades. According to the author’s preliminary investigation on some enterprises, problems in the management of laid-off party members have become increasingly prominent. They can not but cause the Party organizations and relevant departments at all levels to attach importance to them.
