前文已经报道了50种活血化瘀类中药体外抗凝及纤溶活性筛选结果。作者用同样实验方法,即血小板聚集,血液粘度,复钙时间,凝血酶原时间及纤溶活性五项体外抗凝活性实验指标又对48种活血化瘀类中药进行了筛选,结果如下。 Previously, 50 anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity screening results of traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation have been reported. The authors also used the same experimental methods, namely, platelet aggregation, blood viscosity, recalcification time, prothrombin time, and fibrinolytic activity as indicators of in vitro anticoagulant activity, and 48 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were screened.
