本文对75例老年人肺炎的临床特点作了初步探讨，指出老年人肺炎多发生在体质较差，原有慢性疾病基础上，早期临床症状不典型，易误诊．死亡率高。胸部X线摄片及痰液细菌培养对老年人肺炎的诊断和治疗有重要作用。
In this paper, the clinical features of 75 elderly patients with pneumonia were preliminarily discussed. It was pointed out that pneumonia in the elderly occurred mostly in the poor constitution. On the basis of the original chronic diseases, the early clinical symptoms were not typical and were easily misdiagnosed. High mortality. Chest radiography and sputum bacterial culture of pneumonia in the elderly diagnosis and treatment have an important role.
