校内实验场所是学校能够自主支配使用的实训资源,同校外实训基地相比有较强的优势。切实发展好校内实训资源的作用,有利于有针对性地、全面的提高学生的实践技能。因此,学校必须加大校内实验室建设的投资力度,完善实验室条件,加强实验室管理,以满足高等职业教育对学生技能培养的要求。本文主要探讨了高职院校生物实验室管理的主要措施,以确保可以达到教育实训的规范条件。
The experimental sites in the school are the actual training resources that the school can use at its own discretion. Compared with the training bases outside the school, it has strong advantages. Effectively develop the role of training resources within the school, is conducive to targeted, comprehensive improvement of students’ practical skills. Therefore, the school must increase the investment in the laboratory construction in the school, improve the laboratory conditions, and strengthen the laboratory management to meet the higher vocational education requirements for students’ skills development. This article mainly discusses the main measures of the management of biological laboratories in higher vocational colleges to ensure that it can achieve the standard conditions of educational training.
