近年来,氯离子对钢筋混凝土结构的侵蚀已成为混凝土结构耐久性研究的重要内容,尤其是对钢筋初锈时间的探讨,钢筋混凝土结构的寿命受诸多因素的影响。本文以某海港码头为例,基于Fick第二定律中各参数的变化具有较大的离散性,利用Matlab软件对各参数作了明确的统计分析,最终得出各参数对钢筋的初锈时间的影响。通过对混凝土耐久性的概率分析,可以对钢筋初锈时间的作出一定程度的判断,再基于可靠度指标对该码头的除锈时间做出准确的预测。
In recent years, chloride ion corrosion of reinforced concrete structures has become an important part of the study of durability of concrete structures, especially for the discussion of the initial rust time of reinforced concrete. The life span of reinforced concrete structures is influenced by many factors. Taking a harbor terminal as an example, based on the variation of every parameter in Fick’s second law, it has a great discrepancy. By using Matlab software, the parameters are clearly analyzed. Finally, influences. Probability analysis of concrete durability can make a certain degree of judgment on the initial rusting time of the rebar, and then make an accurate prediction of the derusting time of the pier based on the reliability index.
