采用同位素14C示踪技术,研究初冬喷施多菌灵等防治云杉雪霉病和雪枯病,在雪盖条件下,药剂在云杉幼苗和土壤中的残留动态。结果表明,绝大部分药剂吸附在针叶表面,降解十分缓慢,150天时(相当融雪后期)残留量为喷药当天原始沉积量的48.4%,高出病原菌的平均抑制中量5.2μg/g;多菌灵在土壤中的移动性很小,全部剂量都集聚在0—10cm表土层中,在0—2cm土层中,占总量的72.5%,从而对田间试验筛选出的多菌灵,以及与其性能相近的甲基托布津、粉锈宁等杀菌剂的防治效果做出了准确的评价。
Isotopic 14C tracing technique was used to study the residual dynamics of pesticides in spruce seedlings and soil under snow cover conditions by spraying carbendazim in early winter.
