基于有限元仿真软件DYNAFORM,以异种材料相等厚度的拼焊板成形某汽车流水槽本体为对象,建立了有限元仿真模型,对该零件的拉延过程进行模拟,研究不同压边力及几种典型变压边力对冲压成形性能的影响。结果表明,压边力对零件拉延成形过程中起皱和拉裂等缺陷的产生有很大影响,适当的压边力能有效抑制各种缺陷的产生。
Based on the finite element simulation software DYNAFORM, a finite element simulation model was established for forming the body of a car flow tank with tailor-welded sheets with the same thickness of different materials. The drawing process of the part was simulated, Influence of Typical Variable Blank Press Force on Stamping Formability. The results show that the blank holder force has a great influence on the occurrence of defects such as wrinkle and crack in the drawing process. Appropriate blank holder force can effectively suppress various defects.
