用缩合氧化反应,成功合成了一个新的咪唑羧酸配体2-(4’-羧基苯基)咪唑-4,5-二羧酸(H4CPhI DC)。在水热条件下以H4CPhI DC为主配体,邻菲咯啉(phen)为辅助配体,合成了镉的六核金属有机配合物[Cd6(CPhI DC)(HCPhI DC)2(H2CPhI DC)(phen)6]·H2O(MOF)。H4CPhI DC配体在该配合物中呈现出不同的去质子模式H-2CPhI DC2、HCPhI DC3-、CPhI DC4-,从而形成了一个新的六核(3,3,4,5)-连接拓扑结构。测定了配体和配合物的固体荧光光谱,并用溴化乙锭荧光探针测定了配体和配合物与DNA及BSA的作用,结果表明,配合物对生物大分子的作用更强些。CCDC:969815。
A novel imidazole carboxylic acid ligand 2- (4’-carboxyphenyl) imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H4CPhI DC) was successfully synthesized by condensation oxidation. Under hydrothermal conditions, HCPhI DC (HCPhI DC) 2 (H2CPhI DC) was synthesized by the coordination reaction of phenanthroline with phenanthroline (Hp) (phen) 6] H2O (MOF). The H4CPhI DC ligands exhibited different deprotonated modes H-2CPhI DC2, HCPhI DC3-, and CPhI DC4- in the complex, resulting in a new hexanuclear (3,3,4,5) -linked topology . The fluorescence spectra of the ligand and the complex were measured. The effect of the ligand and the complex on the DNA and BSA was measured by using ethidium bromide fluorescent probe. The results showed that the complex was more effective on biological macromolecules. CCDC: 969815.
