以在无钙介质条件下激动剂引起的血管收缩作为胞内钙池释放指标,分析大鼠不同血管平滑肌胞内钙池容量的差异,不同激动剂敏感钙池间及其与咖啡因敏感钙池间的相互关系,以及钙池的差异与血管反应性的可能关系。结果表明:(1)不同血管平滑肌胞内钙池容量明显不同,富含平滑肌脏器动脉钙池较大血管钙池大;(2)不同激动剂敏感钙池并不完全利用同一钙池,即当一种激动剂敏感钙池被耗竭后,另一种激动剂仍能引起少量钙释放;(3)所试血管均不存在除极化诱发的钙释放,但均存在咖啡因敏感钙池,后者与激动剂敏感钙池并非完全是同一钙池;(4)钙池大小与单位湿重血管平滑肌的最大收缩张力呈正相关(r=0.9567),提示钙池容量与血管平滑肌收缩力可能有一定关系。
Taking the vasoconstriction induced by agonist in the absence of calcium as the index of intracellular calcium release, the differences of intracellular calcium capacity in different vascular smooth muscle cells of rats were analyzed. And the possible relationship between the difference of calcium pool and vascular reactivity. The results showed that: (1) The volume of intracellular calcium in different vascular smooth muscle cells was significantly different, and the cells rich in vascular smooth muscle cells were larger than the large ones; (2) The same calcium cells were not fully utilized by different agonist- When an agonist-sensitive calcium pool is depleted, another agonist still causes a small amount of calcium release; (3) none of the tested blood vessels have a depolarized-induced release of calcium, but both have caffeine- (4) The size of calcium pool was positively correlated with the maximum contractive tension of wet-weight vascular smooth muscle (r = 0.9567), suggesting that the relationship between calcium pool capacity and vascular smooth muscle contractility There may be some relationship.
