为调查白酒中微量元素铝的含量.采用钻天菁S-异丙醇体系分光光度法.测定了北京、山东、河南、湖北、湖南、四川等省市生产的19种酒和1种蒙古国的白酒中铝的含量。结果表明.20种白酒中铝的含量都高于饮用水铝含量卫生标准(0.2mg/L)。不同产地、不同酒厂之间的酒中铝含量差别较大,最低为0.24mg/L,最高达9.93mg/L。调查结果提示,长期饮用高铝含量的白酒,对人体造成铝负荷的危害应引起重视。
To investigate the content of trace aluminum in liquor. Spirulina using S-isopropanol system spectrophotometry. The contents of aluminum in 19 kinds of wine and 1 kind of Mongolia liquor produced in Beijing, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan and Sichuan provinces were measured. The results showed that the content of aluminum in 20 kinds of liquor was higher than that of drinking water (0.2mg / L). Different origin, wine between different wineries vary greatly in aluminum content, the minimum is 0.24mg / L, up to 9.93mg / L. The survey results suggest that the long-term consumption of high-aluminum liquor, the human body caused by the burden of aluminum should pay attention.
