汶川大地震后,为了解决大量受灾群众与紧缺建设用地的矛盾,灾区出现了大量大规模的高建筑密度活动板房过渡安置区。为更全面、更客观地了解救灾活动板房过渡安置区普遍存在的居住环境问题,以及问题的严重性和对受灾群众的影响程度,作者在灾区完成永久安置后,以问卷的形式对都江堰灾区204位活动板房过渡安置区居住者进行了随机抽样调查。调查结果显示活动板房夏季恶劣的室内热环境是普遍存在的问题,对受灾群众的生活影响最大,是大多数受访者最不能容忍的问题。本文结论可为我国今后救灾过渡安置区的建设提供借鉴。
After the Wenchuan earthquake, in order to solve the contradiction between a large number of affected people and the shortage of construction land, a large number of large-scale high-density residential boarding and relocation areas appeared in the disaster areas. In order to understand more about the living environment in transitional resettlement area of disaster relief activities in a more comprehensive and objective manner, as well as the seriousness of the problem and its impact on the affected people, after completing the permanent resettlement in the affected areas, the author made a questionnaire survey on the disaster areas in Dujiangyan Twenty-four living-board transitional settlements residents conducted a random sample survey. The survey results show that the harsh indoor thermal environment of movable board houses is a common problem in summer and has the greatest impact on the life of the affected people and is the most unacceptable problem for most respondents. The conclusion of this paper can provide reference for the future construction of China’s transitional resettlement area.
