阐述头盔性能测试系统的原理，介绍钢锤撞击头盔的性能测试装置。根据钢锤、头盔，头模与测力传感器的撞击受力状况，导出其动力学（冲量）方程，计算打击力，同时讨论影响计算打击力的因素，计算数值与实测结果十分相近，本文的结果可应用于防弹头盔，消防头盔，安全帽等的性能计算。
