纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)是一种新型高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料,用它补强隧道衬砌可以有效地克服粘贴碳纤维布法的缺点。该文提出了纤维编织网增强混凝土补强隧道衬砌正截面受力全过程分析方法,并开展了验证试验。在此基础上,分析了衬砌截面偏心距、配网率、前期受力历史、钢筋和混凝土强度对纤维编织网增强混凝土补强隧道衬砌正截面承载性能的影响,最后探讨了纤维编织网补强隧道衬砌的破坏模式并给出了合理配网率区间。研究结果表明:衬砌截面偏心距、配网率和混凝土强度越大,前期受力历史和钢筋强度越小,补强效果越明显。
Fiberglass Reinforced Concrete (TRC) is a new type of high-performance fiber-reinforced cementitious composite that can be used to reinforce tunnel linings to effectively overcome the shortcomings of the bonded carbon fiber cloth. In this paper, the whole process of stress measurement of reinforced concrete lining reinforced by fiber braid is put forward and the verification test is carried out. Based on this, the influences of the eccentricity of cross-section of lining, distribution rate, previous force history, strength of steel bar and concrete on the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete tunnel lining with fiber braid are analyzed. Finally, the effects of fiber braid reinforcement Tunnel lining failure mode and gives a reasonable rate of distribution network. The results show that the larger the eccentricity of cross section, the ration of distribution network and the strength of concrete, the earlier the stress history and the strength of steel bar, the more obvious the reinforcing effect.
