以实际生产的某汽车覆盖件中的翼子板为例,采用三维绘图软件Catia建立了翼子板3D造型,运用Dynaform软件对翼子板的冲压成形进行了数值模拟。根据模拟结果,预测了使用初始工艺参数在翼子板生产过程中造成的缺陷。通过对缺陷分析,提出了改进工艺参数的措施,最终得出DC05板材制造翼子板冲压成形的最佳工艺参数。
Taking the fender of a car cover as an example, the 3D modeling of the fender was established by using the 3D drawing software Catia, and the numerical simulation of the fencing of the fender was carried out by Dynaform software. Based on the simulation results, the defects caused by the use of initial process parameters in the production of the fender are forecasted. Through the analysis of the defects, the measures to improve the process parameters are put forward. Finally, the best process parameters of stamping forming of fender with DC05 sheet are obtained.
