目的 :观察中药速效空气消毒片对病室空气的消毒效果。方法 :自制纯中药制剂速效空气消毒片 ,观察其对病室空气消毒效果 ,并对不同细菌株进行杀菌实验研究。结果 :中药速效空气消毒片烟熏法达到了消毒要求 ,且与紫外线灯管及臭氧机消毒效果相同 ;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀菌效果明显高于 2 %乙醇的蒸馏水。结论 :中药速效消毒片点燃法不仅达到消毒要求 ,且无毒副反应 ,使用方便 ,人员不需离开消毒场所 ,值得临床推广
Objective: To observe the disinfection effect of quick-acting air disinfection tablets on the air in the patient’s room. Methods: The pure Chinese medicine preparation quick-acting air disinfection tablets were made and their effect on the air disinfection of the wards was observed. The bactericidal experiments on different bacterial strains were also conducted. Results: The traditional Chinese medicine quick-acting air disinfectant smoked method reached the disinfection requirements, and with the UV lamp and ozone disinfection effect the same; Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli bactericidal effect was significantly higher than 2% ethanol in distilled water. Conclusion: Chinese medicine quick-acting disinfection tablets ignition method not only meet the disinfection requirements, and non-toxic side effects, easy to use, personnel do not need to leave the disinfection site, it is worth clinical promotion
