目的:探讨新型保湿口罩应用在神经外科张口呼吸重症患者中的口腔湿化效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年7月收治张口呼吸重症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取临床常规措

目的:探讨新型保湿口罩应用在神经外科张口呼吸重症患者中的口腔湿化效果。方法:2017年8月-2019年7月收治张口呼吸重症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取临床常规措施;试验组在常规措施基础上给予保湿口罩。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组口腔黏膜湿化效果、口腔健康状况及72 h呼吸频率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经外科张口呼吸重症患者使用保湿口罩,可以保持口腔湿润,改善口干、嘴唇、舌面干燥等情况,降低痰液黏稠性,有效减少口腔并发症,改善护理结局。
