Since the 1980s, under the slogan of “total final political post-war vote,” Japan’s national strategic goal has begun to move toward a political and military power. Neoconservatism has been gradually flooding. The sound waves and actions of amending the constitution, increase. Thus, the old militarist outlook on history, which has not been liquidated since the war, began to spread in such a suitable soil. From official circles to the private sector, academics and social organizations, the unhealthy trend of reversing the rightward wars was sharpened. This article explores the emergence and impact of neoconservatism on the right-wing war and analyzes its performance. From the real politics in Japanese society, the article analyzes the root causes of the old history of militarism.
