肩周炎高发于中老年人群体,主要是指肩关节囊及周围韧带、滑膜、肌腱的慢性特异性炎症,临床症状以疼痛为主,随着病情的加重将会逐渐影响患者的肩关节活动功能,给患者的工作和生活带来诸多不便.目前临床主要采用口服药物、按摩、穴位封闭等方式治疗肩周炎,但是效果并不理想.近几年,随着医疗技术的不断进步,小针刀技术越发成熟,具有显著的临床应用效果,这是一种结合中西医治疗理念形成的新型诊疗技术,医师可在盲视的状态下直达患者病灶,并完成切割、剥离、松解病灶组织的操作,在治疗肩周炎方面,具有方便快捷、伤口小、恢复快等优势,但是对于广大患者而言,小针刀是一个我们不曾涉及的领域,很多患者不愿采用新型手段进行治疗,甚至有患者对小针刀治疗肩周炎的效果可靠与否存在深深的怀疑.
