本文仅用一种抗体的放射免疫分析方法同时测定柑桔粗提液中的游离和结合脱落酸(Free—ABA and Conjugate—ABA)。柑桔在抗寒锻炼和脱锻炼过程中,F-ABA和C-ABA有规律的变化与抗寒性的提高和丧失具有依存关系。
In this paper, only one kind of antibody radioimmunoassay method for simultaneous determination of citrus crude extract of free and combined ABA (Free-ABA and Conjugate-ABA). In the process of cold resistance exercise and de-exercise, the regular changes of F-ABA and C-ABA in citrus are dependent on the increase and loss of cold resistance.
