我国西部开发方针的实施,为内蒙古自治区的发展带来前所未有的机遇。于二零零二年启动的尼尔基水利水电工程就是其中的一项,它为造福嫩江两岸人民起到积极的作用。尼尔基水利枢纽场内交通公路工程第一合同段是尼尔基水利水电工程的配套工程。由于当地土质为粘性土、含水量大,给公路施工带来了很大的难度。在施工过程中,我们根据现场具体的情况制定了较为切合实际的施工方法,取得了良好的效果。以下是我们在施工中质量控制的一些体会现做一介绍。工程简介:尼尔基水利枢纽场内交通公路工程第一合同段,工程地点在呼伦贝尔盟莫力达瓦旗尼尔基镇内,中国水利水电第一、六施工局暂设楼南侧,它东部中国水利水电第六工程局,厂房项目部水泥混凝土搅拌厂西侧,西至莫力达瓦旗北环路东端,全长1.08公里,路面结构为25cm天然砂砾石垫层、20cm水泥稳定砂砾、24cm水泥混凝土面层,路宽12米为三块板布局,两侧为浆砌片石边沟,总面积为1.2万平方米。
The implementation of the guideline for the development of western China has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The first contract section of the highway project in Nierji Hydro-junction is the supporting project of Nierji water conservancy and hydropower project. As the local soil is clay, water content, to the road construction has brought great difficulty. In the process of construction, we have formulated a more practical construction method according to the specific conditions of the site and achieved good results. The following is some of our experience in the construction quality control to do an introduction. Brief introduction of the project: The first contract section of the highway project in the Nierji water conservancy project site is located in the Nierji town of Moridava Flag of Hulunbeier, and the south of temporary building of the first and sixth construction bureau of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Eastern China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Sixth Engineering Bureau, plant project cement west side of the concrete mixing plant, west of the eastern end of the Morandah Banner Beihuan Road, a total length of 1.08 km, the pavement structure of 25cm natural sand and gravel cushion, 20cm cement stability Grit, 24cm cement concrete surface layer, road width 12 meters for the three board layout, both sides of the mortar tile stone edge ditch, with a total area of 12,000 square meters.
