近年来,随着智能电网建设的持续推进,变电站运维人员的工作职责发生了较大改变,一方面从单纯驻扎站内的“有人值班运行”向根据工作安排和任务需求前往所辖变电站的“无人值班运维”转变,另一方面要求变电运维人员具备运维一体化的生产技能,逐渐推进变电运行和检修业务的良好融合。在这种背景下,电力公司必须结合工作职责的转变来构建创新型的变电运维人员培训模式,现对此进行探究,以深度挖掘变电运维人员的工作潜力。
In recent years, with the continuous progress of the construction of smart grid, the job responsibilities of substation operation and maintenance personnel have undergone great changes.
