目的了解2009-2011年度西红门镇金星辖区水痘流行病学特征,为预防控制水痘发病提供依据。方法对辖区水痘病例进行流行病学调查,利用病例个案流凋资料,对水痘病例发病特征进行流行病学分析。结果连续三年金星共报告水痘191例。水痘的流行高峰为冬季、春季,好发年龄为3～15岁,职业分布以学生、幼托儿童、散居儿童为主。结论①学校、托幼机构要加强晨午检及消毒工作。②卫生机构加强对学校、幼儿园的督导。③散居儿童免费接种水痘疫苗
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of chicken pox in Venus area of Xixinmen town from 2009 to 2011 and provide basis for the prevention and control of chicken pox. Methods Epidemiological investigation of chickenpox cases in the area was conducted, and epidemiological analysis of the incidence of chickenpox cases was conducted by using the data of case flow. Results For the third consecutive year, Venus reported a total of 191 cases of chickenpox. The prevalence of chickenpox in winter and spring, the prevalence of age 3 to 15 years old, occupational distribution to students, childcare, diaspora dominated. Conclusion ① schools, nurseries to strengthen the morning lunch and disinfection. ② health agencies to strengthen supervision of schools, kindergartens. ③ Free scattered children vaccinated chickenpox vaccine
