现已明确他汀类药物可以降低冠心病的发病率和病死率,而且新的他汀类药物正不断开发进入临床。与此同时,对烟酸及其衍生物、苯氧芳酸类等降脂药物的联合治疗研究也有新的进展。本文就当今冠心病高危患者降脂治疗的观点进行综述。
It is now clear that statins can reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease and mortality, and new statins are being developed into the clinic. At the same time, new research has been made on the combination therapy of lipid-lowering drugs such as nicotinic acid and its derivatives and phenoxyaromatic acids. This article reviews the current viewpoints of lipid-lowering treatment in high-risk patients with coronary heart disease.
