自发现顺双氯双胺铂(cis-Dichlorodiamineplatinum,Ⅱ)及其类似物对小鼠肉瘤S180和白血病L1210的抗癌作用后,1970年以来,对金属络合物的抗肿瘤作用进行了广泛的研究。本文报导了铂配位络合物在肿瘤化学药物治疗范围的一些最近进展。
Since the discovery of the anticancer effect of cis-Dichlorodiamineplatinum (Ⅱ) and its analogs on mouse sarcoma S180 and leukemia L1210, the antitumor effect of metal complexes has been extensive since 1970 the study. This article reports some recent advances in the scope of therapeutic chemotherapeutics for platinum coordination complexes.
