针对山岭隧道不良地质及其难以量化估算的特点,利用层次分析法(AHP)建立围岩级别评价模型,选择典型、影响程度大的评价因素,并基于地质资料和专家调查对各因素进行相互比对与分析,构造判断矩阵,一致性检验合理情况下解得各因素权重值。利用专家打分方法,对各因素进行主观打分,生成评分向量,与权重向量的乘积,计算出围岩级别综合评分,参照既定围岩级别分数段,确定围岩评价级别。选取保宜高速尚家湾隧道典型段作为应用实例,经过计算分析与开挖验证,两者较为吻合,并对软弱地层提出了建议性的治理措施,满足围岩支护能力和进一步开挖要求。该评价方法实现了掌子面前方围岩情况的预先判断,对隧道安全施工有一定的应用价值。
According to the characteristics of mountain tunnel’s adverse geology and its difficult to quantify and estimate, this paper established the appraisal model of surrounding rock level by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), selected typical and influential evaluation factors, and compared each factor with each other based on geological data and expert survey Pairs and analysis, construct judgment matrix, consistency test reasonable solution to each factor weight value. The method of expert scoring is used to subjectively score each factor to generate the vector of scoring vectors and weight vector. The comprehensive grade of surrounding rock is calculated, and the grade of surrounding rock is determined with reference to the established grade of surrounding rock. The typical section of Shangjiawan tunnel in Baoji Expressway is chosen as an example of application. After calculation and analysis and excavation verification, the two are in good agreement with each other, and some proposed control measures are put forward to meet the requirements of surrounding rock supporting capacity and further excavation . The evaluation method realizes the pre-judgment of the surrounding rock in front of the face and has certain application value to the tunnel safety construction.
