目的:建立中成药金匮肾气丸(大蜜丸)中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)色谱柱:大连中汇达科学仪器BDS(4.6×250mm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰乙酸(50:50:1);检测波长275nm,流速:1.0ml.min-1。结果:丹皮酚在0.01326mg.ml-1～0.05525mg.ml-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,回收率99.2%。结论:该法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于金匮肾气丸(大蜜丸)中丹皮酚的含量测定和质量控制[1]。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paeonol in Chinese medicine Jinkuishenqiwan (Da-honey pill). Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the determination of BDS (4.6 × 250 mm) in Dalian Zhonghui Scientific Instrument. The mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (50:50:1) : 1.0 ml.min-1. Results: Paeonol had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.01326mg.ml-1 to 0.05525mg.ml-1, r = 0.9995, the recovery was 99.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple and quick with accurate results and can be used for the determination and quality control of paeonol in Jinkuishenqiwan (Da-yiwan) [1].
