本文测定了08Al 深冲钢板的塑性各向异性 r 值,随之还用金相腐蚀坑法测定了织构,两种方法测定的结果一致表明{111}面是所要发展的再结晶有利织构。对解放牌汽车两种难冲零件实际冲压的结果得出:r 值高,冲废率低;r 值低,冲废率高。要降低冲废率必须提高钢板的 r 值。文中还说明要得到性能优良的冷轧深冲钢板须保证最佳的工艺条件。
In this paper, the plastic anisotropy (r) of 08Al deep-drawn steel plate was measured, followed by the determination of the texture by the corrosive pit method. The results of the two methods agreed that the {111} plane is the desired recrystallization- . Jiefangpai car two kinds of hard stamping parts of the actual stamping results: r value is high, red rejection rate is low; r value is low, red rejection rate. To reduce the rejection rate must increase the r value of steel. The article also shows that to get excellent performance cold-rolled deep-drawn steel to ensure the best process conditions.
