目的:构建系统、实用的住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型。方法:对参加2017~2019年北京大学第一医院胜任力导向住院医师教育师资培训班的559名带教教师进行问卷调查,通过探索性因子分析主成分分析法提取公因子,结合专家研讨,构建住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型。结果:问卷克朗巴赫系数为0.939。住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型包括综合能力、团队协作、同理心、职业素质、专业能力、个性特征6个维度,共计35个条目。结论:住院医师规范化培训带教教师胜任力模型有助于培养和选拔教师。“,”Objective:To construct a systematic and practical competency model for clinical teachers in standardized training of residents.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 559 clinical teachers who received a competency oriented teachers\' training course at Peking University First Hospital from 2017 to 2019. A training model was developed based on the common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis and principal component analysis and combination with expert discussion.Results:The Cronbach\'s α coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.939. The competency model of resident standardized training teachers includes six dimensions: comprehensive ability, teamwork, empathy, professional quality, professional capacity and personality characteristics with a total of 35 terms.Conclusions:The competency model of resident standardized training teachers is helpful to train and select teachers.
