心理素质的高低直接影响中职学生的职业素质,影响社会竞争力。通过对中职学生特点和职业素质要求的分析,寻求培养学生良好心理素质的途径和方法,以提高学生的职业竞争力。
The level of psychological quality directly affects the vocational qualities of secondary vocational students, affecting the social competitiveness. Through the analysis of the characteristics of secondary vocational students and the requirements of vocational qualities, we should seek ways and methods of cultivating students’ good psychological qualities in order to improve the vocational competitiveness of students.
