实验证明,用含锌量为1.72×10-6的低锌饲料喂养,不论是年幼或妊娠金黄地鼠,均可发生腹泻、被毛稀疏、易脱落、足趾溃烂,个别还有出血点、生长发育迟缓、体重减轻、饲料效价和血清锌、铜浓度降低。幼鼠对照组体重增长值为45.20g,血清锌为34.43±4.13μmol/L。饲料效价为0.1610,缺锌组体重增长值仅20.52g,血清锌为21.42±3.06μmol/L,饲料效价为0.1338,而补锌组食用含锌量为100×10-6饲料的幼鼠或妊鼠均无上述缺锌现象,幼鼠体重增长值、血清锌和饲料效价均接近或高于对照组.分别为55.33g,38.40±6.89μmol/L,0.1591。
