斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经口感染大鼠23d,从体腔、肺、肝、肌肉等部位均检出虫体,57.5%于肌肉,23.8%于肝脏。40d后,除肌肉中的虫体,其它部位检出的虫体均有不同程度的发育。60d后,大鼠的肺、肝、纵隔、腹后壁等处,均有虫囊形成。90d时,85.0%虫体成熟。将大鼠体内40d虫龄发育较小的童虫60条,经口感染另一大鼠,70d时在其肺部查见6个虫囊,9条虫,其中4条成熟含卵。结果表明,斯氏狸殖吸虫在大鼠体内多部位寄生且能发育成熟;发育较小的童虫在大鼠间宿主转换后,部分虫体亦可进一步发育而成熟。
Oncomelania serpinii metacercariae infected rats by mouth 23d, from the body cavity, lung, liver, muscle and other parts of the body were detected, 57.5% in muscle, 23.8% in the liver. After 40 days, except for the worms in the muscle, the parasites detected in other areas all had different degrees of development. After 60 days, the lungs, liver, mediastinum and ventral posterior wall of rats were formed with worm capsule. At 90 days, 85.0% of the parasites matured. Sixty adult worms, 40 days old, were infected by oral inoculation. Six rats were found in their lungs at the age of 70 days. Four insects were found, of which four were mature and included eggs. The results showed that the parasitoid Trichogramma could parasitize and mature in many parts of the body of the rat, and the development of the lesser schistosomiasis could be further developed and matured after the host was transformed.
