近几年我国大中城市的房屋价格持续上涨,引起了百姓的恐慌、政府的关注和社会各界的广泛讨论。政府为了稳定房价促进社会和谐发展,出台了包括金融、税收、土地政策在内的一系列措施,但效果不显著。本文在研究政府宏观调控政策实施效果的基础上,分析了存在问题的原因,提出了进一步发挥税收调节作用,稳定房价,减少矛盾,促进社会和谐发展的建议。
In recent years, the housing prices in large and medium-sized cities in our country have continued to rise, arousing people’s panic, the government’s attention and extensive discussions from all walks of life. In order to stabilize the housing prices and promote the harmonious development of society, the government has promulgated a series of measures including finance, taxation and land policies, but the effect is not significant. On the basis of studying the implementation effect of the government’s macro-control policy, this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions to further play the role of tax regulation, stabilize housing prices, reduce conflicts and promote the harmonious development of society.
